Genuinely the worst experience with an apartment ever. DO NOT live here. At move-in I entered an apartment that was dirty and clearly had never been properly cleaned, with dead bugs and trash everywhere. There was an outlet with wires sticking out of the wall, along with many other issues throughout the entire apartment. It took multiple requests, emails, and voicemails just to get a cleaner sent out, and even then the cleaning was half-assed.
You should be solving people's problems instead of hiring people whose sole purpose is to make Instagram videos.
